Responsibilities

Collect, clean, validate, and transform data from various IT-managed systems
Develop dashboards, automated reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Support data governance standards, metadata documentation, and data quality processes
Assist with system integrations, data migrations, and database updates
Troubleshoot data issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend improvements
Maintain internal documentation for data structures, workflows, and reporting processes
Collaborate with IT team members and internal stakeholders to understand data needs and support decision-making
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to data reporting and accessibility

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
Experience with SQL, Excel, or other data querying tools
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Exposure to data governance, data quality, or ETL concepts

Preferred

Experience with scripting languages (Python, R, PowerShell)
Internship or hands-on experience in IT, data analytics, or data management
AEC industry experience
