Responsibilities
Leading clinical decision-making for individuals with complex psychiatric and medical needs
Building collaborative relationships with psychiatrists, county case managers, and healthcare providers
Conducting chart audits and driving quality improvement initiatives
Training staff on behavioral interventions, crisis management, and person-centered approaches
Serving as the go-to expert when clinical situations get complicated
Qualification
Required
Active Minnesota LSW license
BSW or healthcare-related bachelor's degree
CCM or ACM certification (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)
2+ years supervisory/management experience in behavioral health or human services
Clinical social work experience with individuals with serious mental illness
Deep understanding of Minnesota Rule 245D
