Responsibilities
Maintain enterprise network infrastructure (routing, switching, wireless, firewall)
Provide operational support for datacenter networking equipment and services
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance using advanced tools
Collaborate with various teams (Security, Audio Video, LAB, etc.) on-site to fix issues
Maintain documentation of network configurations, policies, and procedures
Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in network engineering
Full-time onsite presence and hands-on support for datacenter operations
Maintain enterprise network infrastructure (routing, switching, wireless, firewall)
Provide operational support for datacenter networking equipment and services
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance using advanced tools
Collaborate with various teams (Security, Audio Video, LAB, etc.) on-site to fix issues
Maintain documentation of network configurations, policies, and procedures
Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and best practices
Proficiency in Network Routing & Switching (enterprise-grade)
Proficiency in Firewalls: Cisco ASA, Cisco FTD, Meraki MX
Proficiency in Cisco Umbrella (cloud security platform)
Proficiency in Plixer (network traffic analysis & monitoring)
Proficiency in Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine)
Proficiency in Cisco Meraki (cloud-managed networking)
Proficiency in Infoblox (DNS, DHCP, IPAM solutions)
Proficiency in Access Points & Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC)
Proficiency in 7signal (Wi-Fi performance monitoring)
Preferred
Experience in working lab is added advantage
