Assist with organizing and leading a variety of engaging activities for residents
Build connections by learning residents’ interests and tailoring activities to suit them
Support and motivate residents of varying cognitive and physical abilities in a positive, inclusive way
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Creative, outgoing, and able to motivate and engage residents
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to work with individuals of varying cognitive and physical abilities
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred
Previous experience in activities, recreation, or working with seniors preferred, but not required
