Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives and that they can be addressed by the ERP system
System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the ERP system to meet business needs, including defining workflows, data models, and security settings, and ensuring the system is tailored to optimize business processes
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, conduct testing, and oversee the validation of ERP modules and configurations to verify that they function correctly and meet user requirements
Training and Change Management: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand how to effectively use the ERP system. Develop change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption
Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate the ERP system's performance and its impact on business operations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ERP systems
Strong understanding of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms
Preferred
Experience with ERP Sage X3 is a plus
