They are seeking an Accounting Processor who will be responsible for various accounting tasks including data entry, managing fixed assets, and supporting accounts receivable and payable processes. The role involves communication with branches and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Application process, data entry, monthly closing

Receive and process fixed assets applications from Regional Offices and Information System Divisions

Communicate with branches on all fixed assets related issues

Receive and process invoices and implementation reports from branches

Update fixed assets control list

Scan and file all documents related to fixed assets

Send out and collect monthly outstanding fixed assets list

Input data to fixed assets system during month end closing

Send out fixed assets list and creating fixed asset labels bimonthly

Collect car survey list on quarterly basis

Collect up-to-date fixed assets list on semi-annual basis

Monthly Payment to Koa Insurance - Review branch reports and compare data to the accounting system figures

Place order for office supplies

Accounts Receivable & Customer Management

Accounts Payable & Vendor Management

Monthly Closing & Financial Reporting

General Affairs & Administrative Support

Qualification

Required

B.S. Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience

Very good proficiency in various PC business software programs MS Excel
