Responsibilities
Administer, coordinate, supervise, or perform inspection, investigative, analytical, or advisory work to assure understanding of and compliance with Federal laws, regulations, or other mandatory guidelines
Set, oversee, and enforce safety standards for all parts of the aviation industry
Qualification
Required
US Citizenship is required
Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959
Successful completion of security investigation may be required
A one-year probationary period may be required
Positions may be filled at any pay band level
A pre-employment physical may be required

To qualify for this position at the FV-G level, applicants must have at least 3 years general experience, 1 year of which is equivalent to the FV/FG/GS 4 or F level
To qualify for this position at the FV-H level, applicants must possess 52 weeks of specialized experience at the FV-G or FG/GS- 5/7/9 level
To qualify for this position at the FV-I level, applicants must possess 52 weeks of specialized experience at the FV-H or FG/GS 10/11/12 level
To qualify for this position at the FV-J level, applicants must possess 52 weeks of specialized experience at the FV-I or FG/GS 13 level
To qualify for this position at the FV-K level, applicants must possess 52 weeks of specialized experience at the FV-J or FG/GS 14 level
Applicants should include examples of specialized experience in their work history
Qualifications must be met by the closing date of the announcement
