Responsibilities
Managing various types of appropriations, such as non-lapsing, lapsing, restricted receipt, restricted revenue, special funds, general fund, and other funds
Responsible for tasks related to budget preparation, forecasting, analyses, and monitoring for specific funds and bureaus, including the Oil and Gas Lease Fund, Environmental Stewardship Park and Forest Facility Rehab, Keystone Park Recreation and Conservation Park and Forest Facility Rehab, and Bureaus of Forestry, Facility Design and Construction, and Administration
Qualification
Required
One year as a Fiscal Management Specialist 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
Two years of experience in professional fiscal administration, and a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
