Sales Strategy Analyst
ExpandIQ is a fast-scaling, sales-led technology company looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst. This high-impact role requires partnering with senior sales leadership to plan, execute, and scale revenue strategy effectively.

Responsibilities
Act as a trusted thought partner and advisor to Sales and Revenue leadership, working directly with the VP of Sales
Support annual and quarterly GTM planning, including:
Territory design
Capacity planning
Quota setting
Forecasting
Architect Salesforce as the operational control center for a fast-growing, sales-led GTM organization
Build and maintain Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Reports, and Dashboards
Identify leverage points to deploy automation and AI-driven workflows that reduce manual sales and operations work
Drive executive decision-making through clear analytics and synthesized insights
Challenge assumptions and push back on sales leadership when necessary, using data to support recommendations
Qualification
Required
2–3+ years of experience in a highly analytical, strategic, or systems-driven role
Strong Salesforce expertise and enjoys building systems, not just maintaining them
Thinks in terms of executive decision frameworks, not just dashboards
Has partnered closely with senior sales or revenue leaders
Can independently query data, manipulate datasets, and translate findings into clear recommendations
Preferred
Experience at larger, mature sales organizations, where best practices and rigor were required
