The role involves IT cabling, collaborating with higher-level technicians, and adhering to safety and quality standards.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Assist with running, terminating, and installing IT cabling (Cat5, Cat6, Coaxial, and Fiber Optics)
Install grounding for server racks, equipment, and cable as required. (heavy Cisco environment)
Perform fire-stopping procedures on fire walls, install sleeves, and on low voltage devices
Terminate low-voltage devices and IT hardware. (Cameras, servers, switches, etc.)
Follow blueprints precisely to ensure the work is being carried out correctly
Fully complete all paperwork accurately and on time (timesheets, material transfers, work orders, change orders, tool transfers and others as required)
Adhere to and participate in all company, customer and industry quality and safety standards and regulations

Qualification
Required

Looking for candidates that don't mind working with their hands and who know how to use basic hand/power tools
Must be comfortable with heights
Need to be able to handle the physical requirements of the role
Candidates must be comfortable wearing PPE (steel toe boots, vest, hard hat, goggles/glasses, and gloves)
