Responsibilities
Perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online/Desktop
Handle monthly reconciliations, adjusting entries, and clean-ups
Support with U.S. tax preparation (Forms 1040, 1120, 1065 – mostly data entry and review)
Assist with client communication via email and our CRM (TaxDome)
Take on general admin tasks (document tracking, follow-ups, scheduling)
Contribute to marketing efforts (emails, social media, outreach)
Help design and improve firm workflows and standards
Long-term: manage and help grow the Bangladesh accounting team as the firm expands
Qualification
Required
Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with U.S. tax forms a plus
