Responsibilities
You’ll own the day-to-day performance of the sales team
That means making sure the right people are working the right leads based on skill set, experience, and strengths—not a one-size-fits-all approach
You’ll review calls, ride alongs, and numbers regularly, coach in real time, and turn missed opportunities into teachable moments the whole team can learn from
You’ll create a culture of continuous improvement: clear goals, consistent coaching, and a high bar for professionalism and follow-through

Qualification
Required
Hands-on sales leader who knows how to build, coach, and hold a team accountable without being a micromanager
Ability to set clear expectations and track performance
Experience in having tough conversations while leading with respect and clarity
Ownership of day-to-day performance of the sales team
Ability to ensure the right people are working the right leads based on skill set, experience, and strengths
Experience in reviewing calls, ride alongs, and numbers regularly
Ability to coach in real time and turn missed opportunities into teachable moments
Creation of a culture of continuous improvement with clear goals and consistent coaching
High bar for professionalism and follow-through
