They are seeking a Senior Painting Project Manager to take full ownership of production and client experience after the sale, ensuring organized job sites and high-quality service.
Responsibilities
Full responsibility for all active production projects
Primary point of contact for clients after contracts are signed
Scheduling and coordination of crews, subcontractors, and materials
On-site quality control, cleanliness, and safety
Proactive issue resolution and complaint management
Final walkthroughs and close-out documentation
Managing job profitability, efficiency, and timelines
Hiring, training, and leading painting crews
CRM updates, SOP execution, and process improvement
Representing the Paint2Last brand on every job site
Qualification
Required
Strong people leadership and customer-service instincts
Calm, professional communicator with clients and crews
Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
Comfortable being in the field daily (job sites, driving, client visits)
Fluency in English and Spanish is required to communicate effectively with clients and crews
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
