Find and approach businesses that need Meta Ads & Digital Marketing
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, email tools, and CRMs for outreach
Book meetings and handle sales calls
Close deals independently
Earn commission on every closed client
Grow into Head of Sales as the agency scales
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience as a Sales Closer / Business Development in a digital marketing agency
Proven experience selling Meta Ads or Digital Marketing services
Hands-on use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM & email tools
Strong cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach skills
Ability to close deals independently
Comfortable with no base salary – percentage only
