Responsibilities
Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of audio-visual systems
Managing and performing installations
Ensuring optimal operation of AV equipment, such as video conferencing systems, lighting, and projectors
Providing technical support to clients
Assisting in training users and ensuring client satisfaction with solutions deployed
Qualification
Required
Comprehensive knowledge of Audio-Visual (AV) Systems and proficiency in troubleshooting
Experience with Video Conferencing solutions and Projector setup and maintenance
Understanding of Lighting systems and their integration into AV setups
Strong problem-solving and technical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate with clients effectively
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as needed
Preferred
Previous experience in AV integration or a related field preferred
Certifications such as Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) or equivalent are a plus
