Responsibilities

Own a targeted account list and develop strategic account plans to win and grow healthcare staffing customers
Help define the product and licensing requirements to help Deel build to support the healthcare staffing industry
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, and close collaboration with Sales Development
Navigate the organisation to map stakeholders, build champions, and drive consensus throughout the buying process
Lead consultative, multi-threaded sales cycles and close deals with C-level and senior decision-makers
Identify organizational, financial, and operational dynamics that influence purchasing decisions
Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer insights in Salesforce

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience selling into the healthcare staffing space
Ideally sold staffing solutions in the industry
Proven success in developing greenfield territories and closing net-new logos in a SaaS environment
Demonstrated ability and experience to build relationships with senior leaders at organizations in healthcare staffing
Strong hunter mentality with excellent sales fundamentals and a commitment to continuous learning
Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes
