They are seeking a friendly and motivated Health & Wellness Retail Associate to enhance customer experiences and provide knowledgeable guidance on wellness products.
Responsibilities
Greet every customer with warmth and enthusiasm
Provide knowledgeable guidance on vitamins, supplements, natural remedies, and OTC products
Help customers understand product benefits and proper usage
Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently
Handle questions, concerns, and returns with professionalism and care
Receive, unpack, and organize incoming products
Keep shelves fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing
Perform regular inventory checks and assist with reordering
Maintain accurate inventory records in our system
Keep the store clean, inviting, and well-organized
Create eye-catching displays for promotions and new arrivals
Follow safety and sanitation standards to ensure a healthy environment
Support in-store promotions and special events
Share information about sales, promotions, and loyalty programs
Thoughtfully upsell and cross-sell to enhance each customer’s experience
Work closely with pharmacy staff for seamless customer service
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Contribute ideas and stay engaged as we grow together
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (additional wellness-related education is a plus)
Previous retail or customer service experience, ideally in health or wellness
Friendly, approachable communication style
Basic knowledge of health and wellness products (or eagerness to learn)
Ability to lift and move boxes up to [X] lbs
Comfort using computers and inventory systems
A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others feel their best
