Responsibilities
Executing various responsibilities and performing essential functions related to the administrative support of a regional environmental protection field office
Acting as the primary liaison for the Bureau of Human Resources, addressing all personnel management and administrative issues concerning the staff in the Southeast Region
Providing both technical and administrative oversight to a Clerical Supervisor 2, who is responsible for delivering clerical assistance to the Regional Director's Office and the Air Quality Program
Serving as the reviewing officer for the Clerical Supervisor's team, which includes a Clerical Assistant 2 in the Human Resources unit tasked with timekeeping and various personnel administrative and clerical duties, both during telework and in-office visits, as well as overseeing the front desk receptionist, also a Clerical Assistant 2
Qualification
Required
Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
