Responsibilities
Reviews and processes vendor invoices and expense reports for accuracy, documentation, and compliance with financial policies
Reconciles purchase orders and coordinates with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments
Utilizes financial systems such as PeopleSoft and PM Web to manage transactions and maintain data integrity
Supports audits, reconciliations, and inquiries while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and internal controls
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving in financial processing
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database applications, with the ability to adapt to new digital tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
associate degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred
3–5 years of progressive accounts payable experience
