i2i Workforce is looking for a strong WordPress Web Developer who can build, fix, optimize, and deliver websites. This hands-on role requires ownership of builds end-to-end and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering visually polished and technically sound websites.

Responsibilities

Building new WordPress websites and redesigns

Maintaining, updating, and repairing existing sites (including urgent issues)

Writing clean, well-structured, documented code

Implementing SEO best practices during development (not as an afterthought)

Integrating Google tools (GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, etc.)

Managing hosting environments, migrations, DNS, and domains

Collaborating with designers and marketers to execute approved designs and strategies

Communicating clearly with non-technical clients to gather requirements

Managing multiple sites and deadlines without quality slipping

Responding quickly when a site breaks—this matters

This is not a typical 8am-5pm role but expected to respond to clients and address needs during standard business hours
