Conduct economic, financial, and policy research and analysis related to distributed energy resources (DERs), with an emphasis on renewable generation and energy efficiency
Write reports, testimony, and other advocacy materials
Make recommendations to senior staff and management
Represent ratepayer interests in workshops, working groups, industry and stakeholder meetings, legislative hearings, or in other agency forums
Qualification
Required
Conduct economic, financial, and policy research and analysis related to distributed energy resources (DERs), with an emphasis on renewable generation and energy efficiency
Write reports, testimony, and other advocacy materials
Make recommendations to senior staff and management
Represent ratepayer interests in workshops, working groups, industry and stakeholder meetings, legislative hearings, or in other agency forums
Design research, collect data, conduct analysis using Excel or other computer-based quantitative tools, and make practical recommendations
Write and present reports that include findings, conclusions, and recommendations
Establish and maintain cooperative and positive working relationships with others on internal and external teams
Submit a copy of your transcript or diploma if using education to meet the minimum qualifications
Obtain and submit verification of United States course/degree equivalency if education was completed outside the United States
Complete the STD 678 state application with dates, duties and responsibilities, and contact names and phone numbers of supervisors
Submit a completed STD 678; resumes will not be accepted in place of the completed STD 678
