Responsibilities
Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences
Averaging 26 billable hours per week with reduced targets during shorter weeks
Having uncapped bonus potential by increasing billable hours at your own pace
Advancing through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV, increasing your leadership impact along the way
Designing a schedule that works for you with full control over when and where you supervise your cases
Focusing on clinical care while a dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in human services or a related field
Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
