Lead end-to-end ODM design for bag products (e.g., backpacks, tote bags) targeting U.S. supermarket clients, from concept to final sign-off
Apply expertise from top brands (e.g., Adidas, Nike) to ensure designs balance functionality, aesthetics, and market appeal for U.S. consumers
Collaborate with production and sales teams to optimize designs for manufacturability, cost efficiency, and supermarket retail requirements
Research U.S. bag market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products to deliver data-driven design solutions
Communicate directly with U.S. clients to present concepts, incorporate feedback, and iterate designs promptly
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Fashion Design, or related field
3+ years of bag/accessory design experience at renowned brands (e.g., Adidas, Nike, Under Armour)
Familiarity with U.S. supermarket standards, bag product regulations, and consumer behavior
Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, CAD (e.g., SolidWorks), and 3D modeling software
Fluent English (written/spoken) for client and team collaboration
Portfolio required: Showcase bag/accessory design projects with clear role descriptions
