Responsibilities

Act as the primary HR support for 2–3 warehouses in New Jersey, shadowing the HR lead and supporting 200–250 employees
Assist in managing full-cycle HR processes, including recruitment administration, onboarding, and documentation for performance management and offboarding
Review and reconcile employee timecards, ensuring accurate attendance tracking and related compliance matters
Support the handling of employee relations issues and conflict resolution by documenting investigations in partnership with leadership
Provide initial HR guidance to managers and employees on company policies, procedures, and basic compliance with federal and state regulations

Required

Graduated or currently enrolled in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior internship or part-time experience in HR is a plus
Fluent Mandarin is a must
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to learning and task completion
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); willingness to learn HRIS, ERP, and payroll/timekeeping systems
Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
