Responsibilities

Generate new business / new opportunities from existing and new customers

Develop Business Plan and strategy for adding completely new products in our product portfolio

Conceptualize new applications and solutions by converting customers' needs into business opportunities which are within the technical capabilities of the organization

Build & grow opportunity and sample pipeline

Ensure smooth transition of new commercial business from BD to sales team, after first commercial order

Explore combo deal projects with synergy with ACG group companies

Interact with pharma R&D teams / stakeholders to understand their formulations / packaging needs & advise on choosing the right packaging film/foils

Organize technical seminars by involving various stakeholders at customer end to generate business opportunity and differentiation

Implement Stage gate process internally while introducing new structures / products into opportunity pipeline
