Managed Services Sales Lead
DataVox is seeking a Managed Services Practice Lead in Houston! The role involves driving revenue growth, expanding the client base, and leading strategic sales initiatives for Managed IT Services.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Managed Services revenue and market share
Own portfolio profitability—set margin goals, track cost of service, and lead actions to improve utilization and contract health
Collaborate with Account Managers to qualify leads, craft proposals, and close deals
Lead renewal and expansion efforts—establish playbooks for QBRs, term tracking, and cross-sell opportunities
Oversee quotes, scopes, and SOWs—ensure alignment with standardized offerings and margin targets
Define and refine service packages—tiered bundles, pricing guardrails, SLAs/OLAs, and onboarding playbooks
Engage with key vendors (Connectwise, Kaseya, Datto, Sophos) to support pipeline development and performance reviews
Manage escalations related to customer service, billing, and operational issues
Track sales progress, maintain pipeline visibility, and report on forecasts and performance metrics
Build strategic partnerships and qualify new vendors to enhance service offerings
Qualification
Required
A results-driven sales professional with a strong understanding of Managed IT Services
Skilled in pricing models, contract profitability, and interpreting P&L metrics
Experienced in ITSM/PSA/RMM platforms and service delivery processes
Knowledgeable in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity (networks, cloud, backup/DR, compliance)
A strategic thinker with excellent communication and time management skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally and resolving complex customer challenges
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and passionate about driving business growth
Previous experience in Managed IT Sales or Operations required
