Responsibilities

Design and develop a Proof of Concept leveraging a headless Tekla Structures environment to generate and manage BIM models programmatically

Build and maintain Tekla Structures models that serve as a single source of truth across the project lifecycle

Integrate Tekla Structures with external tools and systems using APIs to support interoperability and collaboration

Apply Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards, including IFC, to ensure data consistency and model integrity

Act as a technical liaison between the Tekla Structures API and downstream applications that consume or contribute to model data

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align modeling, fabrication, and data workflows

Evaluate and improve data flow between modeling tools and fabrication or operational systems

Support innovation initiatives, including exploring future opportunities to apply AI and automation to BIM models

Troubleshoot integration challenges and optimize API interactions for reliability and performance

Document technical approaches, workflows, and integration patterns to support ongoing development and knowledge sharing
