The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of various marketing initiatives, supporting the development and delivery of marketing materials and campaigns to align with business objectives.

Responsibilities
Support planning and execution of tradeshows and marketing events
Coordinate event logistics, including booth materials, signage, promotional items, and shipping
Maintain event timelines, inventory of promotional items, and detailed checklists
Update presentations, technical data sheets, brochures, product collateral, and sales support materials
Draft social media content under guidance
Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms and printed materials
Assist in implementing product launches and marketing campaigns
Prepare internal communications and announcements
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Willingness to learn and take direction
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
