Responsibilities

Support and evolve how Tower Health employees learn
Day-to-day management and utilization of our LMS
Setting up and assigning reoccurring and new trainings
Managing LMS tickets
Partnering with departments to evaluate needs and recommend solutions
Suggesting training content or delivery enhancements
Various projects

Qualification

Required

Relevant experience in a position responsible for LMS system day-to-day management. LMS system experience with setting up required training, assigning groups/users, and customer service/tickets
Relevant instructional design, graphic design, or adult learning experience with education content creation and tools
Strong analytical skills and creative mindset to enhance educational content and consider appropriate solutions
Project management skills including planning, organization, prioritizing, attention to detail, time management, follow up, and follow through
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Customer focused and consultative mindset with experience evaluating training needs, considering various options, and developing/delivering solutions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role
Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree
