Assists members with opening and closing accounts, answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority. Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with recommendations
Provides prompt, accurate, courteous, friendly, and professional service to all members
Handles the processing of loan applications for members, reviewing each request to ensure alignment with their financial needs. Identifies other lending products that could enhance their borrowing experience and provide greater financial flexibility
Ensures all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted to recordkeeping according to CAMPUS' policies and guidelines
Assists on teller line processing transactions as needed
