Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Manage end-to-end event planning, including budgeting, logistics, and on-site execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events contribute to overall brand positioning and messaging
Management and optimization of on-ground platforms, ensuring a consistent brand presence
Leverage data and analytics to track platform performance, user engagement, and make data-driven improvements
Stay abreast of industry trends to recommend and implement innovative digital strategies
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders related to events and platforms
Communicate effectively with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful collaboration and execution
Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze the success of each initiative against set KPIs
Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting key insights, successes, and areas for improvement
Utilize findings to continuously enhance future event strategies and platform management
Qualification
Required
5-7 years OF relevant experience in events and marketing
Demonstrated experience in successfully managing large, complex projects with diverse stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
