Responsibilities

Seek new sales leads
Territory management for the greater Charleston area
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Sales Presentations for AT&T residential products
Serve as the lead point of contact for our customers
Ensures quality, standards, and client expectations are met
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Take the extra mile to engage with door to door residential customers
