Account Manager - SI Partnerships
Genzeon is seeking an Account Manager to build and manage relationships with System Integrators, enabling them to sell and implement the company's solutions. The role focuses on developing partnerships, providing deal support, and driving revenue growth through effective collaboration with SI partners.
Responsibilities
Develop relationships with System Integrators whose client base and capabilities align with our solutions. Work with SI teams to understand their practice areas and identify opportunities for collaboration
Enable SI partners to position and sell our solutions effectively. Provide deal support including presentations, proposals, and executive engagement as needed to help close opportunities
Maintain pipeline visibility across SI partners. Track opportunities, remove roadblocks, and coordinate internal resources to support partner success
Work with SI practice leaders to build their team's knowledge of our solutions and develop joint go-to-market approaches that make sense for their business
Qualification
Required
3-5 years in technology sales, partner management, or working with SI Partners
Client-centric mindset with a track record of putting customer needs first and finding ways to deliver value
Entrepreneurial drive and comfort with ambiguity—this role requires building strategies, testing approaches, and iterating quickly
Strong relationship management with the ability to earn trust quickly across different levels of partner organizations
Comfortable with both sales and technical conversations—you can shift gears depending on who's in the room
Organized approach to managing pipeline and partner activities without losing sight of the bigger picture
Resourceful and scrappy when obstacles come up—you figure out solutions rather than waiting for someone to tell you what to do
Preferred
Healthcare technology experience strongly preferred but willingness to learn the space and hit the ground running is essential
