Responsibilities

Lead change management strategies, clarify approach to business stakeholders, and gain acceptance across both technical and business teams

Determine readiness and flexibility of teams for upcoming changes while listening for resistance

Develop and execute comprehensive communication and training plans

Facilitate information gathering and assess results, comparing current state with the desired future state, providing gap analysis and actionable recommendations

Drive advocacy for improvement leveraging data, feedback, and constant engagement with associates of all levels

Required

Three or more years of experience in business analysis or project management with a focus on change management

Experience applying processes, tools and techniques to meet or exceed business objectives including familiarity with change management and Agile Scrum processes

Experience delivering projects on time with clear organization and high attention to detail

Clear communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to all levels of the organization

Ability to maintain flexibility and adapt in a rapidly changing environment. Strong learning and critical thinking skills
