Qualification
Required
Experience with Mortgage Lending, including knowledge of regulations and practices within the Mortgage Industry
Proficiency in Underwriting practices and ability to evaluate financial documents
Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on communication, relationship-building, and supporting client needs
Background as a Loan Officer or relevant professional experience in the mortgage industry
Knowledge of local and federal mortgage processes and compliance requirements
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and production goals in a fast-paced work environment
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
License or certification as required by state and federal regulations
