Responsibilities

Review and analyze alerts and information from various systems that support AML and Fraud

Identify new and emerging fraud trends and patterns and report findings to the Fraud Manager

Proactively seek to improve efficiency, reduce and mitigate losses

Work collaboratively with other departments to recommend solutions that impact performance, risk, losses and threats to the organization

Perform investigative practices to include but not limited to: complying with regulatory requirements, compile documentation and evidence, and develop initial investigative reports in the case management system

Own and maintain an internal resource center for policies and procedures, ensuring information is kept up-to-date

Perform other duties as requested and special projects as assigned
