Responsibilities

Deeply learn our business to successfully collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to conceptualize, develop, and implement software solutions that alleviate points of friction across the customer experience

Follow best practices to write high-quality, secure, maintainable, performant, scalable, testable, and efficient code
Actively participate in agile methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement
Be a flexible contributor, learning new skills as required and solving a wide variety of engineering challenges in different areas
Champion a culture of curiosity, constantly seeking innovative solutions to intricate challenges
Foster an environment of knowledge sharing and skill development amongst your peers
Exhibit a thirst for learning, keeping up with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends
Qualification
Required
Experience in the software industry
Full stack experience, strong understanding and ability to work effectively with C#, .NET
High competency in front-end technologies (Vue preferred, React, and/or Angular)
Experience with Javascript and Typescript principles and best practices
Strong collaboration and communication skills, valuing teamwork and effective knowledge sharing with technical and non-technical team members
Bring a sense of ownership, demonstrate craftsmanship, enjoy collaboration, and have the drive to make an impact
Accountable to self and others; establishes trust through consistent, transparent actions
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a knack for problem-solving and optimizing complex systems
Proven track record as a lifelong learner, staying ahead of technological advancements and embracing new methodologies
Preferred
Preferred experience with CSS, SASS, A/B testing, CI/CD, Microservices architecture, Cloud Platforms
