Responsibilities
Drive system development from concept through production
Lead debug and root cause analysis of deployed systems
Lead the bring up, validation, New Product Introduction (NPI), deployment, and sustaining of hardware solutions
Balance hardware performance priorities against power, cost, and cross-functional considerations. Be responsible for meeting hardware product performance and regulatory specifications, if applicable
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a specialized field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP, etc.), or equivalent practical experience
6 years of experience working in hardware systems design, or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree
3 years of experience in technical leadership
Experience with power circuit design and signal integrity
Preferred
Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP)
10 years of experience with hardware, design and bring-up
3 years of experience in technical leadership or management
Experience in PCIe, Double Data Rate (DDR), Ethernet, Universal Serial Bus(USB), Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) etc
