Responsibilities

Manage multiple low complexity soil and groundwater remediation projects

Prepare remediation system designs and supervise implementation, and operation and maintenance of remediation systems

Coordinate with regulatory agencies

Manage ASL field and construction teams and external subcontractors

Manage project finances

Manage schedules to ensure that deliverables and budgets are achieved

Required

Bachelor's degree in environmental or civil engineering

Florida Environmental or Civil Professional Engineer's License, or ability to obtain through reciprocity a Florida Professional Engineer's License within 6 months

5-10 years of experience in environmental remediation and consulting

Must have soil and groundwater remediation system design and implementation experience at petroleum sites

Must have basic project management knowledge, skills, and abilities, and a willingness to become progressively responsible through mentoring and training

Must have experience working with the FDEP

Travel to project sites, as needed, which is estimated at 30 percent annually
