ABA Supervisor - BCBA

Responsibilities
Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs)
Empowering BTs to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences
Averaging 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks
Having an opportunity to earn more by increasing your billable hours
Advancing through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV
Controlling when and where you supervise your cases
Focusing on clinical care while administrative support handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in human services or a related field
Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
