The Product Owner will be responsible for planning and execution of the FlexPay portfolio, prioritizing product requirements, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Responsibilities
Be a product evangelist for the vision of your product(s) both internally and externally
Work with the regional commercial team to ensure alignment on market and customer priorities
Work with customers and engineers to refine feature requests and translate into executable user stories
Drive prioritization utilizing SAFe Agile PI planning process to ensure proper execution and backlog priority within the roadmap for execution by development teams (firmware, hardware and cloud)
Align with other product portfolio leaders to manage dependencies
Keep up to date with global payment portfolio of devices and ensure appropriate timing of feature delivery within the product roadmap(s). Gain VOC (internal and external) on the product(s) to ensure user adoption, securing raw inputs from customers, suppliers, channel partners
Develop and communicate status updates ensuring the appropriate messaging for the audience, which could include customers, engineers to Senior leadership
Build strong cross functional relationships internally and externally
Be proactive ensuring the appropriate teams are engaged as needed
Understanding of the payment ecosystem
Qualification
Required
Experience gathering and prioritizing Product Requirements, Feature Requests with Software Products to ensure key customer milestones are met in an optimized and efficient manner
High degree of product specialization
Strong understanding of agile product development & Scaled Agile Framework
Strong communication and collaboration skills with key stakeholders in product management, engineering, marketing, finance, professional services and sales teams
Problem solving skills with the ability to use both quantitative and qualitative data points
Experience working in fast paced environment
Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Master's degree is a plus
Payments subject matter expert with card and mobile payments, remote device management, with experience in retail, fuel, or energy business sector
