Responsibilities
Guide clients through health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance options—customizing plans to fit their needs
Engage with prospective clients by phone, online, and in person; follow up to maximize enrollment and satisfaction
Clearly explain insurance concepts (like subsidies, deductibles, co-pays, and out-of-pocket maximums) so clients feel confident in their choices
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and on platforms like Covered California, ensuring data security and compliance
Provide outstanding customer service and refer clients to the right resources when needed
Collaborate with your team to hit sales goals, brainstorm marketing ideas, and keep our office welcoming and professional
Stay current with licensing, certifications, and ongoing training
Qualification
Required
Bilingual fluency in Korean and English
High school diploma or higher
At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience
Strong knowledge of health insurance plans and benefits
Self-motivation, excellent communication, and negotiation skills
Comfort with Google Workspace and CRM tools
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow
