Data entry
Prepare tax returns
File individual 1040 tax returns
Invoice/collect payments
Interact with clients
Support the team that files small business returns (Form 1120S)
Support the team that files partnership returns (Form 1065)

Required

A desire to learn and grow
Strong analytical and oral communication skills
Capacity to self-direct and take initiative
Proficiency in Tax Preparation
Ability and willingness to grow personally and professionally
Technical aptitude to learn new technology
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or Enrolled Agent status
Or minimum 7 years of experience with demonstrated proficiency in tax preparation

Preferred

CPA designation will be strongly considered (Not required)
