Responsibilities
Support and maintain downstream product-quality firmware for Arm Neoverse CSS-based platform solutions
Collaborate with a distributed firmware development team to enable successful deployment of Arm Neoverse CPU and System IP-based infrastructure platforms
Manage the defect lifecycle, including identification, tracking, and resolution
Perform feature back porting and defect fixing to ensure firmware stability and customer satisfaction
Work closely with the release team to coordinate and deliver downstream release updates for customers following product launches
Qualification
Required
Expert in C programming for embedded systems with excellent debugging skills
Experience in development and maintenance of product quality firmware with good knowledge of bootloaders and device drivers
Server firmware development experience
Familiarity with low-speed IO protocols such as I2C, SPI, I3C and UART
Preferred
Experience in providing support and maintenance of production quality firmware in server segment
Familiarity with system architecture principles (preferably Arm)
Providing customer support in triaging and resolving reported issues
Familiarity with open-source projects such as Linux Kernel, TF-A, UEFI EDK II and OpenBMC
Familiarity with technologies such as RAS, hypervisors, CXL, power management and security
