HR Generalist (CAC)
Trans Globe is a Global Transport and Logistics company, and they are seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle for their team in Central Asia and the Caucasus. Responsibilities
Responsible for managing/supporting the full employee lifecycle using internal (BambooHR) and external statutory applications for our 50+ employees in Central Asia and the Caucasus
Screens resumes posted to job openings
Coordinate and conduct interviews
Assist in hiring and offer processes
Supervise onboarding & offboarding tasks
Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires
Conduct exit interviews and process terminations
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns
Help resolve workplace conflicts and conduct investigations if needed
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Maintain employee records and HR data internally and externally
Support training initiatives of company with BambooHR data administration
Support employee well-being, performance management initiatives of company with BambooHR data administration
Administer employee benefits programs
Support payroll processing with timesheets and accurate data entry
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Knowledge of HR practices
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in an HR software and Microsoft Office
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
