Regional Sales Manager Xpress

Xpress Boats is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to build a strong dealer network that ensures sales stability and growth. The role involves maintaining dealer relations, generating sales orders, and providing market feedback to the National Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong dealer relations in the assigned territory
Generates sales orders for each dealer in the network
Provides Open order reports as well as product availability
Continually analyzes market data to develop sales forecasts and measure dealer/brand performance
Work alongside Regional Sales Representatives to identify open markets and key new dealer targets
Coordinates dealer agreements for approval
Develop product model comparisons to gain knowledge of competition
Provide customer/market feedback to National Sales Manager
Provide customer service to all dealers and retail customers
Work retail boat shows as directed by National Sales Manager
Minimum travel requirement of 1.5 weeks or as directed by the National Sales Manager
Maintain travel calendar in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager
Provide written call reports to National Sales Manager upon completion of travel
Work alongside Regional Sales Representatives to provide monthly territory updates
