They are seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance Specialist to manage the maintenance and operational readiness of their headquarters and satellite location, ensuring a safe and functional work environment.

Responsibilities

Independently manage building and grounds maintenance for headquarters and one satellite location

Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and light repairs

Coordinate directly with vendors, contractors, landscapers, and snow removal services to ensure timely and high-quality work

Monitor vendor performance, verify completed work, and maintain required documentation

Identify maintenance issues early and take corrective action to prevent downtime or safety risks

Execute and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for facilities and equipment

Source vendors, obtain quotes, and assist with equipment replacements and facility upgrades

Prepare facilities for seasonal changes and weather-related conditions

Respond to emergency maintenance issues and participate in an on-call rotation as needed

Assemble, move, and reconfigure furniture, shelving, and workspace layouts

Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and consumable facility supplies

Promote workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
