Responsibilities
Conduct intakes and functional assessments within private elementary school setting
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy sessions and parent/caregiver training
Supervise and support RBTs (scope adjusted for BCaBA vs. BCBA)
Monitor progress through data review and plan updates
Maintain compliance with BACB and clinic standards
Collaborate with families, staff, and school/community partners
Qualification
Required
BCBA: Master's degree + active BACB certification
BCaBA: Bachelor's degree + active BACB certification
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and organization skills
Reliable transportation
