Responsibilities
Work across the entire product ecosystem - from patient-facing applications and AI-driven workflow automation to complex, data-heavy system integrations
Translate high-level vision into tangible, robust product builds that can be utilized across diverse healthcare organizations
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design, diving deep into workflows, requirements and system mapping
Define integration touchpoints, mapping upstream/downstream dependencies, or shaping entirely new product capabilities
Qualification
Required
EHR Experience - with a focus on Epic Pharmacy Modules
Direct, practical experience working with Epic's pharmacy modules - specifically: Willow Ambulatory and Compass Rose (Specialty Pharmacy / Pharmacy Services)
Understanding of how pharmacy orders, dispensing workflows, patient eligibility, prescription routing, clinical decision support, and related data objects behave inside Epic
Familiarity with how these modules connect to downstream operational or fulfillment workflows
Ability to collaborate closely with Engineering and Design
Experience in defining integration touchpoints, mapping upstream/downstream dependencies, or shaping entirely new product capabilities
