Commercial Solar Consultant – Innovative Rental Model

The role of Commercial Solar Consultant focuses on leveraging relationships with key industry decision-makers in commercial real estate to identify opportunities for solar integration, enhancing property value and increasing Net Operating Income for clients.

Responsibilities

Leverage Your Network: Utilize your existing contacts in commercial real estate (landlords, property managers, REITs) to identify opportunities for solar integration
The "Trojan Horse" Strategy: Revisit "dead leads" or clients who aren't currently buying/selling property and offer them a value-add solution that requires no capital
Financial & Technical Consultation: Conduct initial site assessments and work with our project managers to present winning proposals that outline financial benefits (NOI impact) rather than just technical specs
Territory Ownership: While supported nationally, you will aggressively drive growth within your specific region
Stakeholder Navigation: Manage complex deals involving diverse contacts, from building owners to facility managers

Qualification

Required

Existing contacts in commercial real estate (landlords, property managers, REITs)
Ability to identify opportunities for solar integration
Experience in revisiting 'dead leads' or clients who aren't currently buying/selling property

Experience in presenting winning proposals that outline financial benefits (NOI impact)
Ability to drive growth within a specific region
Experience in managing complex deals involving diverse contacts

Preferred

Experience in the energy sector
Background in strategic consulting
Experience in increasing Net Operating Income (NOI) and property valuation
